When the Lane Feels Unclear

Life isn’t a straight highway.
It’s more like a narrow Newfoundland lane bordered by moss and trees. Some days the ocean is visible in the distance and you know exactly where you’re headed. Other days, fog rolls in and you can barely see your own feet.
And when that happens, you don’t need someone shouting directions at you.
You need someone to walk alongside you.
That’s what spiritual / energy guidance is.
Not fixing. Not saving. Not performing.
Walking the lane together.
What is the work, we actually do here?
Let’s clear something up.
This work (some may call it Spiritual guidance, energy healing, etc) isn’t about future predictions or quick answers. It’s not about outsourcing your power. And it’s definitely not about someone telling you who you are.
It’s about remembering. Getting you back to the moment you forgot who you were. The moment society, family, school molded you down a certain path, got you on that bandwagon to 'success' doing their very best to assure you did well and followed the sequence of 'approved steps'. I know those steps well.
In my work — whether through the Chakra Series, The MUGUP Meditation Experience, or one-on-one sessions — guidance looks like this:
Slowing your nervous system down enough to hear yourself again
Learning how to feel your body instead of overriding it. Feeling the rise and fall of the chest as you breathe.
Using breath, rhythm, and nature to come back into alignment
Asking better questions instead of forcing faster answers
It’s grounded. It’s embodied. It’s practical and sacred at the same time.
Like slow-pouring molasses over a hot touton. Simple. Real. Nourishing.
What to Expect when you start this journey:
When you step into Your Lane, you can expect:
1. A Safe and Grounded Space
You are invited to bring your questions, stress, uncertainty, or transition. Nothing is “too small” or “too much.”
2. Practical Tools for Everyday Life
Breathwork, guided meditation, journaling prompts(i like to call JP's), chakra connection , and nervous system resets that you can use beyond the session, beyond the series...and into Your Lane.
3. Perspective Without Pressure
Instead of rushing decisions, this work helps you explore what alignment truly feels like in your body; not just on the surface but on a cellular level.
4. Integration — Not Just Insight
Many people consume personal development content; whether through books, podcasts , social accounts. The work we do here focuses on actually embodying it so that you can carry the tools and practices into Your Lane.
The goal isn’t inspiration alone. It’s sustainable energy for embodied living - a life where you can say out loud "this feels really good". Oh and if it was missed, this isnt about overriding the hard, the hurt, the trauma, this is about getting to the root, honoring it, learning from it and in divine time, releasing it. This my darling friend, is The Essence of Living Life in Your Lane.
And here’s the key:
I don’t tell you what to do.
I help you remember.
I help you trust what you already know.
How You Begin Walking in Your Lane (™) (Simple Starts)
If you’re feeling the pull, start here:
1. Notice the Pull(the ping, the hmmm, the feeling) That subtle internal nudge. The one that says, “Something needs to shift.”
2. Get Clear on What You’re Craving Is it calm? Direction? Confidence? A reset? Even just being clear that you are unclear and would like to be clear is a great start.
3. Choose the Space That feels most aligned -
The Chakra Series (foundational, structured, Guided in real time, immersive)
A Mindful MUGUP Experience (nature + presence + community)
One-on-one guidance (personalized and steady - Virtual and In Person)
You don’t need to overhaul your life.
You just need to get off the bandwagon and start simple by taking one step in Your Lane(™)
The Rhythm of Guidance in Everyday Life
This work (Spiritual work or energy healing) isn’t reserved for crisis.
It’s daily.
It looks like:
Standing barefoot in the grass(or 5 breaths on the edge of your bed) before your house wakes up
Mindfully choosing your mug for your coffee or tea
Five conscious breaths before answering a hard email
A journal open at the kitchen table
A walk where you leave your phone behind - opening up the idea of zero stimulation walks.
Asking, “How do I want to feel today?"
Create your own Sacred Space in your home (see below)
Guidance isn’t something you consume.
It’s something you practice.
Like running a race — you don’t just show up on race day and hope for the best. You train. You learn your rhythm. You stretch your capacity. And when I say, I have been there, I truly have.
Same thing here.
When You Feel Stuck or Frustrated that Your manifestations or goals aren't here yet or you hit a road block:
Instead of asking, “How do I fix this?”
Try:
What is my body telling me?
Where am I pushing or trying to control outcomes?
What would slowing down change?
Most of us don’t need more information.
We need integration.
That’s the difference between scrolling wellness content and really living it.
Creating Your Own Sacred Corner
Here in Lindsay’s Lane, I always say that this is where “Real Life Becomes the Retreat”
We don’t need a beach getaway (altho with all this snow it does make you really want that, i feel it too sis. )
We need intention. And the best thing you can do now is to create a space for yourself within your home, that is sacred to you.
A corner of your home. A greenhouse bench. A shoreline rock. A chair by the window, draped with a Patchquilt.
Light a candle. Set your journal down.
Breathe.
This becomes your meeting place with yourself.
And when you sit there consistently, something shifts. The more you show up here, your nervous system will learn that rhythm and you wll feel yourself soften, feel calm and feel safe. So keep returning there.
Not dramatically.
But steadily.
From My Lane to Yours
Spiritual guidance / energy healing, as I see it, is not about escaping real life.
It’s about making real life the retreat.
It’s about getting off the bandwagon, learning your rhythm. Trusting your pace. Walking through Your Lane without performing for the world.
If this is creating a small spark inside you — a quiet yes — that’s your starting point.
Stay where you’re to.
And I’ll meet you there.
Warm Smiles,
Lindsay
Our Next Chakra Series is Launching SOON. From my Lane to Yours, let's walk together.
