Meet Lindsay

Hi, I’m Lindsay—a natural therapist, Reiki Master/teacher, mindfulness and yoga teacher, and your energy guide along the shores of Newfoundland.
As the Chief Connection Officer of the Mindful MUGUPs and corporate wellness experiences, I’m here to take wellness beyond the physical—so we can live life grounded and aligned.
I’ve always been someone who feels deeply and connects easily.
Whether with family, clients, or strangers in passing, I see each connection as a moment that matters.
The smallest exchanges—a smile, a thank you—are often the ones that stay with me.
They remind me why I do this work.
🌿 A Journey of Healing & Growth
My work is grounded in both lived experience and professional training.
Since 2015, I’ve continued to deepen my practice through certifications in Reflexology, Reiki (Master/Teacher), Meditation, Mindfulness, Yoga, and Healing Touch. What began as a quiet calling has grown into a body of work that supports people in reconnecting with themselves in a real, sustainable way.
Along the way, I’ve built meaningful friendships, mentorships, and a community rooted in support, growth, and shared experience.
🌊 Living the Work
This isn’t something I turn on—it’s how I live. (And it took some hard lessons to get here.)
You’ll find me at home in Middle Arm Charm with my husband, our two daughters, Rosie (our pup), Tux the cat, and a growing crew of chickens.
Our days are rooted in slow living—time in the garden and greenhouse, long walks, shared meals, and simple moments that bring us back to what matters.
Movement is part of how I return to myself—whether that’s dancing in the kitchen, stepping onto the mat, paddling out on the sea, heading out for a hike, or lacing up for a run.

I guide women through experiences that bring them back to themselves—
through the Chakra Series, 1:1 sessions, retreats, and the Mindful MUGUP.
I also bring this work into teams and leadership spaces—supporting organizations in creating more grounded, connected, and human ways of living and working.

Natural Therapy is complementary to conventional healthcare treatments. Receiving a session with Lindsay, will allow the body to become more relaxed by reducing stress, releasing tension, increasing circulation, and encouraging the body to heal. When the mind and body is in a state of relaxation and balance, the efficacy of any medications and treatments significantly improves.
Although the natural therapy offered here states clearly that it does not diagnose nor cure specific ailments, they do offer relief and and promotes healing from within.
